The channel we operate is WhatsApp. The ad click should point to a wa.me link or a flow that opens that number. The agent works there, with the context you configure.

Does 42agents show up on the advertiser’s invoice or login?

No. We invoice you. The advertiser signs in on your agency subdomain or, on Premium, your domain. They don’t see 42agents.

Does it work if the client already answers WhatsApp by hand?

Yes. Coexistence: the team stays on the phone and WhatsApp Web. The agent covers after hours and releases the thread when a human takes the chat.
