Which AI model does the agent use, and who pays?

Bring your own key: OpenAI or OpenRouter. It can be your client’s key or your agency’s. Whoever provides the key pays AI usage, not 42agents.

How do I charge my end clients?

We invoice you per active account. What you charge each client is entirely yours: we don’t sit in the middle of that second charge.

What if an end customer asks to speak with a person?

The AI agent releases the conversation immediately, either because the customer asks or because your client’s team hits Take. A human continues from there.

Is there public signup or self-serve?
